Repricing strategies have historically taken fulfillment cost into account when determining a minimum price for items, but they haven't always treated all fulfillment centers the same.
Non-FBA items have their fulfillment cost added to their product cost in addition to any marketplace fees when determining the the minimum price.

FBA items, on the other hand, worked a little differently. Instead of taking the fulfillment cost input into consideration, we would use the actual fulfillment fees that Amazon charges in the dynamic minimum calculation. This led to some confusion since the fulfilment costs that users could add to products went unused.
As of today, we are now including the users fulfillment cost as well as the fulfillment fees when determining the dynamic minimum of FBA items. We have added the fees to the inventory tab of the product editor so that you can easily see the comprehensive set of costs and fees that will go into the dynamic minimum.
