Fixed Navigation Menu Disappearing

We fixed an issue that some users of Brand Console were experiencing where the navigation menu on the left side of the screen disappeared. If any users do not see the navigation menu after loading Brand Console or Unified Analytics, refreshing the browser window will cause the menu to appear.
