Updates

You can now expand the date range beyond the last 30 days for the Profit by Product and Channel reports! Simply update the date range within the picker to view the corresponding results.
Managing quantity within your default warehouse for variant products is now available through the primary inventory grid, in addition to the expanded variant fulfillment center rows. This will save screen real estate and prevent extra clicks when managing default warehouse inventory.

Big Commerce

Additional Order Fields
- We have added the marketplace orderIDs to the 'staff_notes' property in BigCommerce so that orders are searchable by their marketplace orderID.
Product Import Updates
- BigCommerce product imports have been broken up into multiple steps. This allows us to import catalog sizes of up to one million products. In addition, we have added settings to filter out unavailable products from import to further increase the performance of product imports.
Bundle Orders
- Bundled order exports can now be configured to just send the bundle sku, the component skus, or all skus when orders are exported to BigCommerce.

Tracking updates
- A few updates were made to better handle shipments and tracking from BigCommerce. First, we expanded our carrier/tracking matching between BigCommerce shipments and the standard marketplace carriers by looking at the trackingURLs to determine carriers instead of the name specified by the shipping service. Second, we resolved an issue where BigCommerce was notifying us of a shipment before they made the tracking information available on the order. We've introduced a delay/retry to ensure we don't miss tracking information.
Tax information
- For sellers who do not collect marketplace taxes, we have added a setting to filter tax information out of orders when they are exported to BigCommerce.

Shipping Tax
- We have started to send two additional shipping properties with our order updates to BigCommerce: "Shipping_cost_inc_tax" and "Shipping_cost_ex_tax". This brings functionality in line with how users were reporting on shipping taxes with Codisto.
Inbound and Outbound settings
- Now that users can enable inbound and outbound settings for price and quantity, we've implemented a lockout UX to prevent accidentally enabling both directions simultaneously.

Multi-User Access
- Once the store owner has installed SellerActive from BigCommerce, store users can now access SellerActive if the store admin has given them permission.

**Pricing source of truth" - You can now set the BigCommerce integration up so that prices import into SellerActive when they are changed on BigCommerce. Visit our support center for more information on how to configure this setting.
Channels App
- We have integrated with the BigCommerce channel APIs so that orders we create on BigCommerce will show up in the context of their marketplace channels.
Sale Price
- BigCommerce sale prices will now import as Sale Prices as promotional price into SellerActive. Promotions can then be created inside of SellerActive by changing this price as long as "Export Prices" is turned on in the BigCommerce integration settings.

Bug Fixes

Shopify Point of Sale
- POS orders were getting blocked from import. This issue has been resolved and POS orders are now importing.
Competitor Review
- The competitor review page has been updated to remove the extra whitespace that prevented users from seeing content without scrolling.
Ebay Variation Publishing
- Variation products published to Ebay within categories where variants are not permitted were previously returning a publishing error. They will now publish as individual products to Ebay so that you don't need to separate the variants within Marketplace Management.
