When adding budget to a customer account, it would be helpful to support an infinite budget option for designated employees. This could be implemented either by allowing a special value (e.g. -1) in the Reward Points field or by adding a dedicated “Infinite Budget” setting.

This would primarily be used for testing checkout flows and order generation during store buildouts.
