For fields like the ones below, we lost the 2nd icon that allows lists to be edited. Only the pencil icons are there to edit the current field. Can't add, delete, or edit from there.

OR provide a new way to edit Gift Certificate Fields. The rest have alternative ways of getting to the lists.
