Google likes ALT text for images. Where is it easy to add this?

Thinking it would be nice to add the ALT text immediately after I grab the photo with File Manager when I place it in a product or blog post.

Kind of the the same as when I click to tell a link to open in a separate browser tab. Anyway, thinking this would make it easier.
