Similar to the "notify me" settings on a product, can we have choices for when low stock alert emails are sent? Currently, the low stock warning isn't as useful as it could be since it produces too many emails, and many users want alerts turned off (if they don't filter the emails).

Some additional scenarios could be: once (when the item first reaches the Low Stock Quantity) or having a couple of limits (e.g., when the Low Stock Quantity is reached, and then again at certain quantities or perhaps when half the Low Stock Quantity number is reached).

An added bonus would be choosing who receives these warning emails. Some of our clients would like to receive these alerts as well.
