Remove QTY Requirement when Publishing to eBay

We want to be able to publish listings to eBay without entering a QTY. We used to be able to do this until recently. Can you please fix this like you did for publishing listings to Amazon?

Hi Jeb, the fix has been released. You can now publish to eBay without inputting a quantity value.
