Add a way to be able to track the logic for rules.

For example, I have a rule that triggers reward points to be given out periodically. Whenever an issue occurs, it would be nice to be able to see the "flow" of why a rule went as intended or where obstacles may have occurred.

This would allow for more clarity for rule uses and how to troubleshoot.
