Why do we not have access to edit the Author location from the screen where we can approve or modify store testimonies. The other fields that are default on the form the customer fills out are available to us. I can not find any way to edit the author location if they mistyped it.
The second issue I noticed is that there is no confirmation message given when a customer submits a store testimony. It just takes you back to the complete list of approved testimonies. A confirmation email gets sent, but there is nothing on the website that indicates it went through. We have had multiple customers submit their testimony multiple times because they did not realize it already went through.
