We use Klaviyo to send email and I’ve noticed our bandwidth usage spikes directly with the amount of emails we send.

We use Americommerce’s integration to provide the product catalog to Klaviyo.

I’ve taken a look into this and it appears the Americommerce catalog JSON file is sending to Klaviyo for all products.

These end up being directly used in emails from Klaviyo’s end, making every email that is opened by a customer use several megabytes of Americommerce bandwidth.

I’ve attached images below showing this.

Is it possible we could get this integration updated to link to the resizer images instead? This would shave many gigabytes of bandwidth off our usage (as well make the emails much more reasonably sized for customers.)
