TaxCloud came out with a more robust api, that more clearly identifies Shopping Cart rate lookups verses Orders, as well as offering better support for returns and exemptions.

Yes, please! Especially because the current integration doesn't properly work w/ discounts and state tax exemptions are currently applied to the entire US even if the customer only qualifies for a single state.
