Win The BB price strategy for Amazon should consider past sales in calculations.

As a seller who dep[ends on repricing for making sales, it would be great if the Win the BB strategy recognized prior sales and use that information to determine pricing.
For instance, I have been selling an item consistently for $20. When a new competitor is added to the listing the Win the BB Strategy will price the item down to say $16 to try and keep the BB. It would be great to have those previous sales factored in when a new competitor come on to the listing or wind the BB. I want the repricer to recognize this item is selling steadily at $20 and reprice accordingly.
When the price drops 4 dollars and sells at $16 instead of dropping a dollar or two, I feel like I am not maximizing the price for potential sales.
