Feature Requests

I would like to request the implementation of user-specific, role-based permissions on Cart.com . This feature would allow administrators to grant different levels of access to individual users based on specific functionalities, such as product listing, inventory management, reporting, and dashboard viewing. Details: The proposed feature would enable admins to assign granular permissions for users at an individual level. This would help in setting tailored access for different team members, ensuring they have control only over the relevant areas of the platform. For example: Product Listing: Grant permissions to add, edit, or delete products. Inventory Management: Allow users to manage stock, adjust inventory levels, and view warehouse details. Reporting: Permit access to analytics and reports without editing or managing products. Dashboard Viewing: Enable users to view dashboards without the ability to make changes.

Let Users delete eBay Item IDs so they don't block publishing a fresh version after a listing in eBay.com no longer exists. Right now they either have to fully delete items at Product level to clear eBay Item ID, or have to ask us to do it, both of which are inefficient.

As transparency codes become more and more prevelant...especially on Amazon.....We need a way to get a unique transparency code into Amazon every time we ship an order. There is currently no way to enter the unique transparency code when shipping the order and have it uploaded to Amazon.

Can we have a notification generate when an item is imported from marketplace starting with a space or has multiple spaces in a row in SKU? Either of those two things can lead to desynchronization or perceived system issues since the uploader and UI are both capable of ignoring spaces without drawing attention to them. It can be difficult for Support to catch when that's the problem too.

The "updated" column on the products workspace should have the date when it was last sold. I want to be able to click on a filter that shows all my recently sold items with the option to adjust the quantity on the same page.

Marketplace Management displays in-app notifications/warnings if a marketplace has lost the connection and needs to be re-authorized to start syncing again. Some users do not log in daily and do not see these alerts. Notify users via email so they can log in to take action.

The new Statuses in Listings Workspace are garishly bright. When backed by the muted colors of the existing page color pallet they seem overly distracting. Color representation is intuitive, but it would be nice to dial the colors back a notch.

A feature request that would be awesome is make profit per item as a column in the listings section of the site. I know you can see it if you clicked on the SKU or listing but showing it at the % as a column would be really helpful from a reporting standpoint. FR on behalf of Rocky Mountain ATV.

We have the cost field filled out for most of our products. However, it does not sync from BigCommerce to our products Cost. This would be helpful to have BigCommerce as a source of truth for costs.
